the current Romanesque construction was lifted in the XV century. The first paintings of the church still conserved, the curch was reformed in the XVIII century.
Later on we will find an indicator that will warn us that we are near the Castle of Colltort, to about 50 minutes and out of the route 19 that we are following.
At the castle, we will be able to enjoy an impressive panoramic of the valleys of Sant Iscle, Alta Garrotxa and Pyrenees. We can also connect with another itinerary, the number 5
Can Xel route that goes to Sant Miquel Sacot.
The Castle of Colltort is a feudal castle, it is named for the first time in the year 1017.
At the moment it is in a ramshackle state.
Following the itinerary will go by the
volcanos named Can Tiā, Tuta and Fontpobra , and later on for the Traiter Volcano.
Volcano Can Tiā (Km. 9.5)
Before arriving at the house of Can Tiā, a
variant of the way will let us get to the
top of the crater, located just at 100 m
from the road.
Fountain Fontpobra (Km. 11)
Once in Can Tiā, another variant will take us, in 15 minutes, to Fontpobra that is
